Login Help

Please note that you have to be a current member to log on.

As described in the newsletter, within a day or so of the go-live date (15th April) all current members will have been sent an email showing the email address that POG holds for you and including a link for you to set up a password. This is the easiest way to get started, so if you haven't received one, try looking in your Junk mail folder.

If you cannot find this then:

First go to the website address, www.pog-cssa.co.uk, which is unchanged from before.

Click the Login button at the right-hand end of the dark blue bar at the very top of the screen.

This brings up the login screen, where you can:

• 1) Enter your email address:
  • Important! You now use an email address to log on, not your POG number (which is what we used to use on the old site).
  • Important! This must be the email address which you used on the old site. (You can change it later, under My Profile).
• 2) Click on Forgotten password?

You will then be sent an email inviting you to create a new password and log-in.

Important - new password! Please avoid the use of £ and @ symbols as these appear to cause occasional issues. (All other symbols should be OK.)

Once logged in, the dark blue header menu bar at the top of the screen changes to include your name and a My Details tab at the right-hand end:

Clicking on that gives access to My Boat ,, My Profile , My Bookings etc.

Clicking on My Profile takes you to a screen showing all the information we currently have about you and we urge you to take a look and check to see if it is all correct.
