Insight into the Rules of Racing - Chris Watts (RYA) Race Official and National Judge
Chris Watts is a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Race Official, with qualifications as a National Judge
Chris has agreed to come to POG on Friday 25th April at 19:30 to help members with their understanding of the rules of racing, why we have them and to answer any questions.
Chris is local and has provided the same service at Hardway where those interested in racing get to understand better the rules.
Obviously at POG, we are not expecting the membership to take our cruiser racing overly seriously, safety and clear water being everybody's responsibility, however it is nice to know a little about the rules and how they are set out.
Come along and have a chat with the experts and the other members of POG who enjoy an opportunity to race.
