Bookings for this event is now closed. -< STOP PRESS >- Booking deadline is 5:00pm on Tuesday 27th August - In honour of our dear, late Vice Commodore, Derrick Higton, this year's Lymington Potter has been renamed as above and will be returning to the prestigious Royal Lymington Yacht Club as the gathering point for our meal. As usual, boats will gather from about 1300 on the Dan Bran Pontoon, which runs down the west side of the river from the site of the two clubs, providing the opportunity for some general socialising. We will then gather in the bar at about 1830, with its stunning views overlooking the river, the estuary and the Solent. A very large terrace provides the opportunity to watch the comings and goings in the harbour and we will take up our tables for dinner at around 19:30.

A section of the pontoon should be clearly signed as for POG use and it may be necessary to raft two abreast. Book your berths with the Lymington Harbour office as soon as possible; You won't need to pay anything to book, but payment must be made by 48hours beforehand. Also, will you please let organiser Chris Blackman know of your intention to attend, giving your name, boat name, loa and number of people on board by email to: chrisjblackman@yahoo.co.uk no later than Tuesday 27th August.
